These sweet hair clips are the best of what i wore when i was a little girl and today! They are a bit throw back, a bit modern fun, with none of the ripping out hair sacrifice. I had purchased two sets of everything for pigtails and upon arrival noticed I couldn’t make two pairs because the colors were different. I messaged customer service and I believe the owner herself responded to me. She not only sent me the corresponding colors but also let me pick another set of accessories as a courtesy. Needless to say I will be a returning customer!
