What is your return policy for Dew and Dove products?
Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dew & Dove account, or email us at returns@dewanddove.com.
- Navigate to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to initiate the process. You'll receive further instructions and a return label if applicable.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We're happy to cover return shipping on all eligible returns — no matter the reason. Simply initiate your return through your account or by emailing us at returns@dewanddove.com and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that the original shipping cost paid at the time of your order is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the return.
Is there a time limit for making returns or exchanges?
Yes, we kindly request that you initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of your order's delivery date. This allows us to process your request promptly and efficiently.
Are there any items that are not eligible for returns?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, socks, hair accessories, or items that have been custom-ordered for you.
What is the process for receiving a refund or exchanging an item?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you. Please note that an exchanged item is final sale and cannot be further returned or exchanged.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days — please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require a little additional time to post the credit. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable; your refund will reflect the cost of the item(s) returned.
